Is the price really flat?

Yes. The monthly price you see is what you pay for everything in that plan. The only extra is your ad budget, which you control — and we always show our fee on it clearly.

How does ad spending work?

Your ad budget is yours and is paid straight to Google Hotel Ads, the metasearch engines, and Meta. Each plan includes ad management up to a set amount. Above that, our fee is a flat 10%, shown clearly on every invoice. We focus on your direct booking share and OTA commission saved — so the budget is sized to shift your channel mix, not to grow our fee.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee and no long contract — plans are month-to-month. Prefer to pay yearly? You can, and save about two months.

Do you build me a new hotel website?

No — we work with the hotel website you already have (typically the one your PMS or booking engine ships). We optimize VDP-equivalent room pages, tune the booking engine checkout flow, inject schema for AI search, and improve conversion. Need a brand-new site? We’ll point you in the right direction.

Do you connect to my PMS?

Yes. AdellaInsight reads from your PMS so every booking, ADR, and guest profile reconciles into your dashboard automatically. We support the major platforms used by boutique hotels today (Cloudbeds, Mews, RoomRaccoon, SiteMinder, Little Hotelier, Opera Cloud, and others) — see our Technology page for the categories we cover.

Do you replace my channel manager or booking engine?

No. We’re honest about this: we work with whatever PMS, channel manager, and booking engine you’re running. We layer on top of your existing tech stack and cover the channels that actually shift your mix — Google Hotel Ads, metasearch, conversion optimization, rate parity monitoring, brand and email. Same total spend. More direct bookings. More margin kept.

Are you a Google Hotel Center authorized partner?

Yes. Google Hotel Ads requires authorized partner status to participate, and we have it. Your direct rate gets displayed across Google Search, Google Maps, and Google Travel next to Booking.com, Expedia, and the other OTAs — with bid management and conversion tracking we handle end-to-end.

How does rate parity work given the 2024 EU court ruling?

The September 2024 EU Court of Justice ruling (Case C-264/23) changed how rate parity clauses can be enforced — both wide and narrow parity clauses now have to be assessed under competition law. Practically, this means many boutique hotels can now offer lower direct rates than OTA rates. We monitor your contracts, surface where you have legal flexibility, and help you price direct competitively where the law allows.

Do you handle reviews and guest messaging?

On the Pro and Enterprise plans, yes — a US team trained on boutique hospitality handles TripAdvisor responses, Instagram DMs, after-hours booking inquiries, and pattern-spotting on review themes. Foundations and Growth plans don’t include concierge response; we provide review monitoring and templates instead, and track inquiry volume so you know what concierge support would be worth before upgrading.
